Hello Sunshine! Tangy orange and rich dark chocolate is the irresistible duo in these fast made cupcakes I made in less than an hour for a dessert to bbq at friends house last weekend.
I did not have time to wait for the cakes to cool completely before frosting, resulting in the frosting melting a bit, nevertheless they came out delicious!
The dark chocolate I used in this recipe is an unsweetened 60% cacao and kind of bittersweet flavour, but you can use any chocolate you prefer. Orange flavour works well with milk chocolate and white chocolate too.
