Dark Chocolate & Coconut Dessert Bowls

A very simple way of making impressive, delicious bowls for desserts, such as this fruit salad made of dragon fruits, apple, pineapple and orange, with some coconut flakes sprinkled on top.

I chilled the cups for about an hour and we had to eat them quick as they started to melt in hand, thus I recommend refrigerating a bit longer before serving.

To make two star shaped bowls, I used star shaped silicone molds, 50g of dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon coconut flakes. (missed coconut from this pic, sorry)

Melt the chocolate and brush or spread with a spoon into your silicone molds.

Dip in coconut flakes and place in refrigerator for minimum of 2 hours.
Gently peel off from the silicone mold.
