Sugar free fresh dessert can hardly get any better than this!
If you’ve followed me for some months now, you’ve seen I finally got around using our ice cream machine in the last quarter of 2014, when I made some low carb sugar free ice creams. Funny enough I again got the machine down from the closet to make some sugar free dessert, this time with three of my favourite fruits; Passion fruit, Dragon Fruit and Strawberries.
Strawberries give the frozen yogurt a beautiful pink hue and sweetness, passion fruit some tartness and dragon fruit adds to the sweetness with it’s crunchy bits.
Don’t you just love the combination of the colours and flavours of these fruits?
Now imagine them mixed in frozen yogurt, that’s a Frozen Fruit Bomb, isn’t it?
