Mini Gluten Free Buns & Bagels

These little buns and bagels are very simple and easy to make and takes only about half an hour.

They make cute little sandwiches, using sesame seeds on top they’d make nice little burger buns too.

Serve hot or cold, filled or on their own. 😛

Ingredients
  • 50 grams unsalted butter melted
  • 30 grams coconut flour
  • 30 grams ground almonds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian herbs mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • poppy seeds for sprinkling

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a 6 hole muffin tray and a 6 mini cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients
  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the dry mixture, eggs and melted butter and mix well.
  5. Place in a piping bag and pipe onto the cake molds.
  6. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
