Refreshing mint chocolate chip ice cream is one my favourite ice cream flavours. In Israel despite the enormous variety of flavours, I can rarely find it in local ice cream shops. I am extremely happy to know that I can make it by myself now. 😀
When I came home with a bag of delicious milk chocolate chips from Max Brenner, chocolate by the bald man, I first thought of making chocolate chip cookies but it had been a warm winter day and my mind turned to churning some cream.
The green colour here is from food colouring, but you can be sure that I will do a more natural version in the coming weeks. Meanwhile I did mark the colouring as an optional ingredient as it’s really only for recognising the flavour.
