This week I had the honour of preparing a wedding day brunch to one my closest friends. Keeping busy with baking I did not manage to take as many pictures as usually but luckily got some shots of these softies to share with you.

If your do not have a mixer with a dough hook – you can knead by hand in a mixing bowl until it’s no longer sticking. It takes a bit longer but does not make a difference in the consistence, you’ll still get nice and soft buns.
After years of home baking Marianne has studied pastry chef profession and worked in the field in Israel for 3 years. She is currently a stay-at-home mom eager to start teaching kitchen skills to an over enthusiastic toddler.
