Two weeks ago I made my first savory souffle and both my husband and I loved it, so I could not wait longer to make another one. 😀
Compared to the 4 cheese souffle, I used more cheese in this one and the texture is different because of the onion and chive and the feta crumbles melt giving the whole souffle slightly saltier flavor.
Cheese souffle is an excellent dish for brunch, or served with salad for lunch or dinner. We had this on it’s own for dinner followed by fruit salad from my previous post, and it was a great meal!
