Ingredients
  • 300 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian herbs mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese grated
  • 120 mililiters water lukewarm
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil divided

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine lukewarm water, yeast and honey and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a separate bowl combine flour, salt and herbs.
  3. Start mixing the yeast mixture adding first half of the flour mixture and gradually adding rest of the flour.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and grated parmesan and knead by using a dough hook, continue kneading until forms into a ball leaving the sides of the bowl clean.
  5. Remove the dough and grease the mixing bowl with remaining olive oil.
  6. Return the dough into the bowl, cover and leave to rise in warm place for 25 minutes.
  7. Roll out, place your toppings and bake in preheated oven 225-250°C for 15-20 minutes.
