A very simple way of making impressive, delicious bowls for desserts, such as this fruit salad made of dragon fruits, apple, pineapple and orange, with some coconut flakes sprinkled on top. I chilled the cups for about an hour and we had to eat them quick as they started to melt in hand, thus I recommend refrigerating a bit longer before serving.

I’ve recently started eating nut and muesli bars every now then and often find store-bought bars too sweet. So my attempts here were not too sweet yet yummy bars. I did not get as even sized bars as I hoped but the flavor and texture came out nice. Whole dried blueberries are a nice addition in otherwise nutty bars.
