This hearty ice cream with beautiful balance of natural sweetness of bananas and the rich crunchiness of Dutch Calve peanut butter is a perfect sugar free treat.

Ripe bananas work great or even the overripe bananas you may find lying around in the fruit bowl.

Ice Cream machine makes this treat faster to enjoy but it’s fully doable without one. All you need is a freezer safe pan that you pre-cool by placing empty to the freezer. Follow the instructions to prepare the ice cream mixture and finally add to the cold pot and pop back to freezer. To get creamy result mix every 20-30 minutes until desired consistency.

Creamy sugarless ice cream with sweetness of banana and crunchiness of sugar free peanut butter.
Ingredients
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 mililiters milk
  • 200 mililiters cream
  • 4 small bananas approximately 160 grams
  • 4 tablespoons sugar free peanut butter crunchy or smooth
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 drop liquid stevia optional

Instructions
  1. Place milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. In a separate bowl or cup break the egg yolks by mixing with a fork and add 1/3 of the hot milk mixing continuously.
  3. Combine with the remaining hot milk and return to heat constantly stirring, remove from heat before the mixture starts to boil.
  4. Run the mixture through a sieve and refrigerate for one hour.
  5. When the mixture has chilled add cream, vanilla and a drop of stevia and mix well.
  6. Pour into ice cream machine and start to churn gradually adding chocolate chips in, a few at time. Churn for about 15 minutes, until desired texture.
  7. Mash the bananas by using a fork and combine with the peanut butter.
  8. Add gradually into cream mixture, mixing well.
  9. Start to churn and pour the mixture into ice cream machine gradually, using a funnel works great with this recipe as the mixture the mixture is thicker you can load it and let it pour slowly by itself.
  10. Churn for about 15 minutes, until desired texture.Serve or place in freezer for serving later.

Chocolate serving bowl is fun and easy to make.

This bowl is made from sugar free dark chocolate by pouring melted chocolate over a round silicone bowl (thick layer) and chilling in fridge for minimum of one hour. making chocolate bowl
